By using Orbit ("the App"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

2. Service Description

Orbit is a subscription tracking application that helps you:

- Track and manage recurring subscriptions

- Receive renewal reminders

- Analyze spending across multiple currencies

- Sync data across devices (Orbit Plus feature)

3. Orbit Plus Premium Features

Orbit Plus is available as:

- Annual subscription (auto-renewing)

- Lifetime purchase (one-time payment)

Premium features include:

- Unlimited subscription tracking

- Magic Import functionality

- Home screen widgets

- iCloud backup and sync

- Custom lists

- Logo search database

- Priority support

4. Payments and Billing

- All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store

- Prices vary by region and are shown in your local currency

- Annual subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal

- Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings

- Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy

5. Privacy

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

- Provide accurate subscription information

- Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes

- Not reverse engineer or modify the App

- Orbit and its original content are owned by Flooben LTD

- The solar system visualization and UI are proprietary

- You retain rights to your subscription data

8. Disclaimers

- Orbit provides tools to track subscriptions but isn't responsible for managing your actual subscriptions

- Savings estimates are based on user-reported data

- Currency conversions are approximate

- We're not liable for missed notifications or renewal charges

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flooben LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Orbit.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after changes means acceptance of new terms.
